💡 Practical Tips
- Allow several nights for Northern Lights hunting. The aurora is a natural phenomenon, and no tour can guarantee a sighting. Clear skies and darkness are essential.
- Dress for Arctic weather. Bring thermal layers, a windproof and waterproof outer layer, warm gloves, a hat, and insulated winter boots. Even summer evenings can be cold.
- Choose your season carefully. Winter is ideal for aurora hunting and snowy landscapes; summer is better for hiking, coastal scenery, and the midnight sun.
- Keep your Teriberka plans flexible. Road closures, snow, wind, and changing weather can affect excursions, especially in winter.
- Book popular winter excursions in advance. Northern Lights tours and accommodation can be in high demand during peak season.
